FUNCTIONS

To scrutinize the bids received from the tender opening committee.
To comment whether the bids are in accordance with the tender terms and conditions.
To authenticate the evaluation of bids before passing on to the purchase and price evaluation committee.
To pass on the detail evaluation to the purchase and price evaluation committee for further action.
