CTC, a subsidiary of TCP, is a Private Limited Company. The Liquidators are looking
after its affairs. The Government of Pakistan has recently decided to merge it with
the holding company i.e. TCP. Action to file Merger petition in the High Court of
Sindh, has been initiated.
