Pre-Qualification Process
Pre-Qualification Process of Foreign Supplies and Port Services Agencies
For pre-qualifying the foreign suppliers/exporters TCP invites applications for foreign firms through an advertisement in the press. The criteria for prequalification is also given in the advertisement for information of the potential applications. After receiving applications by a given cut of date from the interested parties, the Pre-qualification Committee examines and scrutinize all the papers/documents supplied by the applicants in the light of already published pre-qualification criteria. The firms who are pre-qualified as well as those who are not pre-qualified by the pre-qualification Committee are informed accordingly.
