The Management of the Corporation is vested in a Board of Directors comprising a Chairman who is the Chief Executive of the Corporation. Director General (Commercial) and four/five Directors nominated by the Government of Pakistan are other Directors on the board. One Joint Secretary, Ministry of Commerce is the ex-officio Director on the Board of Directors.

The Chairman being Chief Executive is responsible for over-all management and operations of the Corporation. The Board enjoys all administrative and financial powers to manage the affairs of the Corporation. For day-to-day operations, the Board has delegated some of its powers to the Executive Committee consisting of all full-time Directors
