FUNCTIONS
- To scrutinize the bids received from the tender opening committee.
- To comment whether the bids are in accordance with the tender terms and conditions.
- To authenticate the evaluation of bids before passing on to the purchase and price
evaluation committee.
- To pass on the detail evaluation to the purchase and price evaluation committee
for further action.
